Prices and Payment
Each product states the price including VAT. In the basket you can see the total price including all fees, tax, shipping and payment. Payment terms are specified in the basket depend on the chosen method of payment. Shipping terms are specified in the basket depending on the selected shipping method.
Return Policy
Your withdrawal (withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. In your notice to us must be clear that you regret. The withdrawal period starts the day you received the goods or a substantial part of it.
Returns
Returns are at your own expense unless the product is defective or if we have packed the wrong items. Returns must be sent by mail or packages, not COD. For exchanges, we will pay the new shipment from us to you. When you use your right, send or return the product to us.
Deliveries
The delivery time stated in the cart during each shipping method. If a product has different delivery time, it is specified by the respective product.
Repayment Obligation:
We will, if you use your right, pay back what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or within 30 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal. You will have to pay the return costs when sending goods back. We always pay back the cost of returning the so-called substitute goods.

When you use your right
